The conversation about menopause is everywhere.

Celebrities are sharing their experiences, scientists are sharing their research, and new companies focusing on products to make this transition easier are popping up every day. With all of this discussion comes a lot of INFORMATION and that can be overwhelming.

While it is a discussion that is long overdue, it is a conversation that is happening on a large scale. It’s empowering for women everywhere to have access to new ways of thinking about aging, but there needs to be a way for women to put that information into practice. Women need to be connected to resources in their own communities that can provide them the services and care they need to successfully navigate the menopause transition.

On January 12, 2025, women in the Maplewood/South Orange region will have this opportunity.

Not Your Mother’s Menopause (NJ) will bring together leading local practitioners to speak directly to the women in their community.

Our mission is to arm women with education and accessible community-based resources while eliminating the stigma surrounding women and aging.
