Chanta Blue

Chanta Blue, LCSW, CST, is an internationally recognized licensed clinical social worker, AASECT-certified sex therapist, speaker, and author dedicated to helping women reclaim their confidence, intimacy, and joy—in and out of the bedroom. She is the co-founder and Director of Therapeutic Services at Blue Counseling & Wellness Center, where she specializes in empowering clients to break free from shame and silence through therapy, coaching, and transformative experiences.

Chanta earned her B.A. in Psychology from Spelman College, her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, and her Master of Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University, where she focused on sex therapy. She is also an adjunct professor at Bloomfield College of Montclair State University, where she teaches courses on human sexuality, gender, and psychology.

Her expertise has been featured internationally, including on Netflix’s Sex Education and in leading outlets such as XONecole, Bustle, Essence, Well+Good, and POPSUGAR. As the author of For Colored Girls Who Need a Break When Being a Super Woman Is Just Too Much, she champions rest, self-care, and authentic pleasure as radical acts of liberation.
