April L. McKenzie

April L. McKenzie is the Vice President of Partner Marketing, Paramount Brand Studio as part of Paramount Global. She leads a team that develops and executes custom sponsor opportunities for major brands, aligning marketing campaigns with Nickelodeon's events, TV shows, and movies to reach kids and families through various channels.

With over 27 years of experience in co-branded marketing and content development at companies like Hearst Magazines, The New Yorker, and Nickelodeon, April specializes in holistic campaigns for key advertisers across platforms including influencer marketing, digital video, linear content, experiential activations, and streaming.

Outside of her professional role, April advocates for multiple non-profits, including The Red Door Community, some of which has consisted of raising money and awareness tied to her marathon training. After her own journey with perimenopause began, and upon researching endless amounts of conflicting information on health and well-being tied to peri/menopause, she founded a local Facebook group to facilitate discussions and share experiences, making women's health advocacy and accessible care a passion, especially regarding menopause. Her active community group has grown exponentially over the last three years it's been live.  Her work continues as she joins Let's Talk Menopause this Fall as a board member.
