Arrival

Doors will open at 9am. The event is at the Maplewood Country Club which is located at 28 Baker Street in Maplewood. There will be valet parking. Please have your ticket on your phone. We will be resending all ticket purchasers a copy of their ticket before the event so don’t worry if you can’t find it now. (If by Saturday you still can’t find it, let us know.)

Breakfast will be available upon arrival.

Check in and seating

Upon entry, you will check in in the general admission line. If you are a speaker or a sponsor, please look for your dedicated check in. Seating is NOT reserved (except if you are a speaker) but you will receive a card that you can use to reserve the seat you want once you enter the main room. This card will also have a QR code on it you will need to use later in the program, so please don’t discard it!

Agenda

Please plan to arrive as early as possible to take advantage of breakfast and some early marketplace perusing. Our program will begin at 9:45am.

Dr. Sharon Malone will speak at 10am.

Panel 1: Hormones, hormones, hormones: How estrogen affects every system in your body begins at 10:45am. This panel will include Dr. Sharon Malone, Dr. Anna Barbieri, Dr. Somi Javaid and Dr. Eleonora Teplinsky.

Panel 2: Belly fat, bone loss and balance: Nutrition, fitness, weight loss and lifestyle management begins at 12:25pm. This panel will include Dr. Heidi Prather, Caroline Radice, Tara Roscioli, Liz Josefsberg and Allison Kalsched.

There will be a break for lunch at 1:30pm.

Panel 3: The down below: Sexual wellness, pelvic health and your libido will begin at 2:35pm. This panel will include Dr. Sonia Bahlani, Stacey Tauriello, Chanta Blue and Dr. Somi Javaid

There will be a special comedic set by Liz Glazer starting at 3:30pm.

Jennifer Weiss-Wolf will speak at 4pm and the event should conclude by 4:45pm.
